Join — no payment online
Joining reserves your place with cash on delivery. You pay nothing on the website, and the price you join at is the most you will ever pay — from that moment it can only go down.
Share to unlock bigger discounts
Discounts come in tiers tied to the size of the squad. When the members cross a tier line, everyone moves to the deeper discount together — the friend you invite saves you money too. Sharing on WhatsApp takes one tap.
Timer ends — everyone wins
When the countdown finishes, the order confirms automatically at whatever tier the squad reached. The seller packs it, our rider brings it to your door, and you pay in cash once you have seen it.
The rules every squad runs on
Orders never cancel
However small the squad ends up, the order goes ahead. Only the discount changes — you are never left waiting for a group that "didn't fill".
The price only falls
Tiers move in one direction. Once a squad unlocks a discount, it is locked in for every member, including the people who joined before it.
Cash on delivery
No cards, no wallets, no prepayment. The rider collects cash at your door — after you have seen the parcel.
Easy returns
Two days from delivery to raise a return with a reason. A damaged item can simply be refused at the door — that never counts against you.
Show up for your squad
A squad is a promise between neighbours. Refusing a fine order or not being there to receive it costs reliability points; keep your score healthy and every squad stays open to you.

Questions buyers ask
What if only a few people join?
The order still goes ahead — that is the DealSquad promise. A small squad simply lands on a smaller tier, so you get the product at a smaller discount rather than not at all.
Do I pay anything on the website?
No. Everything is cash on delivery in Phase 1. You pay the rider at your door, after seeing the parcel.
What if the item arrives damaged?
Refuse it at the door — a refusal for a damaged item is always free and never touches your reliability score. If you notice a problem later, you can raise a return within the seller's return window, shown on your order.
Can I buy more than one unit?
Usually yes — each product sets its own per-member limit, shown next to the quantity stepper. Every member counts once toward the squad however many units they take.
How do I know the discount I will pay?
The product page shows the live tier, the tiers still ahead, and exactly how many more members unlock the next one. When the timer ends, the tier the squad is standing on becomes the final price for everyone.
